The development of any kind of sport necessarily involves a variety of legal issues that arise from time to time and require a qualified solution. Professional legal assistance to the sport is an important guarantee of its effective functioning.
The Rules are based on the idea that lawyers are professionals in the legal field who work in different juridical areas and place the interests of Law, Justice and their Clients above their own, and also strive to obtain respect for the Rule of Law.
Social councils are advisory bodies consisting of representatives from different institutions and acting on public basis. Participation of men of law in social councils is highly important due to the necessity to be professionally represented in the bodies that influence state policy establishment.
