COMMITTEE ON PROCEDURAL LAW
Dear friends and colleagues!
The main task of the Committee on Procedural Law is to promote unity of jurisprudence and improve the procedural law.
2015 promises to be a year of judicial reform in Ukraine. We are expecting changes to all the procedural codes , strengthening the role of the Supreme Court of Ukraine in the formation of a single enforcement, raising the status of the Bar.
We will keep track of all resonant changes and, also, we invite judges, lawyers and legal experts to discuss and further develop recommendations and proposals to improve national procedural law and justice in general, because only together we can achieve the goals of judicial reform.
