COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORT LAW
Dear Colleagues!
Our Committee is a platform that brings together lawyers, transport industry companies and government officials to identify and discuss issues relevant to the transport industry, and to prepare and submit necessary initiatives to regulators in order to improve the legislative framework. The Committee's legal position is respected and many of our initiatives are taken into account by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the State Aviation Service of Ukraine when prparing draft laws. This gives hope for the proper legal regulation of the transport industry in Ukraine.
